But how much practice time you should be able to take on is up to you.
The second important aspect of your training camp time is your intensity.
If it feels like you’re just playing football, then you’re missing out on a lot of the opportunities that come along with training camp because you’re tired.
Training camp is a time for physical and mental rest.
In the preseason, your team is usually at full strength, and the only things you need to work on are your core strength and conditioning, your agility, and your ability to make plays in the passing game.
So, unless you have a team of five guys that are working hard, you don
